Bye Report - Dunamanagh
The Church had not had a BYE team for several years so it was a privilege to be able to work alongside them. In the mornings we went out on door to door around Dunamanagh and the nearby village of Claudy distributing leaflets and having conversations with people. In the afternoons we helped the Church with their Holiday Bible Club, we had an average of about fifteen to twenty children each day. During the week we also ran three youth nights with activities such as table quizzes, messy games, and a huge water fight. But most importantly each night the Gospel was shared with these young people, including through the testimony of a local young person. There was a really encouraging number at these events, between twenty five and thirty. On the final Sunday evening the Church had a special prize giving service for the children which their parents were invited to attend. This was a great opportunity to share the Gospel with many who would not normally come to Church. We were blessed to be able to work alongside the Church and thank them all for their hospitality and welcome.
